Everyone was accessible - I personally think that online calls/zoom is a better way of interacting with the team as there is no time used on commuting (I live far away from the office). I usually got help when I asked for it. The only way I think it could be improved is that I would prefer communication through email than the phone, as then I have time to properly get all the information that Inner Universe needs for a problem/judgement.
