Inner Universe is a very good channel for counseling and advice, especially for students who go abroad for studies for the first time. My experience with the Counseling Team of the Inner Universe has been very good. They have provided me with detailed information, counseled regarding the different aspects of universities and assisted with all the paperwork. Everyone was accessible - I personally think that online calls/zoom is a better way of interacting with the team as there is no time used on commuting (I live far away from the office). I usually got help when I asked for it. The only way I think it could be improved is that I would prefer communication through email than the phone, as then I have time to properly get all the information that Inner Universe needs for a problem/judgement.

In my view, the quality of services provided by the Inner Universe team was excellent, extremely well-informed in the context of Universities and their programs, ease of availability for advise, strong assistance in preparation of applications (right from Resume structuring till application submission).
